Which cloud storage system are you using? (eg Google Drive) I am not on the latest version, I am running the version that was installed via the Ubuntu 20.04 repos.

Run the command 'rclone version' and share the full output of the command. Sync to pcloud via a pcloud.fs mount with encryption copies all files, not just changed files, but is fast while sync to pcloud via webdav copies just changed files but is very slow. What is the problem you are having with rclone?
